• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or misuse the site or forms
• Content on this site (text, design, branding, code samples) belongs to AppVantage or its licensors unless stated otherwise

04Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact form or message does not create a binding project contract.

Project scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables are agreed separately in writing (proposal, email, or contract) before work begins.

05Client projects

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise:

• You confirm you have the right to provide materials (logos, copy, data) you share with us
• We deliver work according to the agreed scope; changes may affect timeline and cost
• Payment terms in the proposal or invoice apply
• Intellectual property for custom project deliverables transfers as defined in your agreement (typically after full payment)

06Our products

Platforms we operate (such as HubVantage or Masterminds League) may have their own terms. Those product terms apply when you use those products.

07Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy and uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free. Project outcomes depend on scope, inputs, and market factors.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppVantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for a project is limited as stated in that project’s agreement.

09Third-party services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools (hosting, payment, analytics, etc.). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions.
